Disease-Specific Enterotype Project
The disease-specific enterotype project is an clinical study that aims to identify the role of specific microbes in modulating disease progression. Integrating clinical cohort studies of specific diseases and healthy population inferred from the Taiwan Gut Project, we aim to discover the fundamental and functional gut microbiome in order to prevent and treat microbiome-related diseases
